We Are Operators,
Not Advisors.
Wentworth Global Advisors was built on the belief that manufacturing companies deserve executive talent that has done the job — not studied it, not theorized about it, but carried it on their shoulders through the hard days when the schedule slipped and the customer called.
Nick Bobay
Nick Bobay founded Wentworth Global Advisors after a career spent inside some of the most demanding manufacturing environments in North America — aerospace tier-one suppliers, satellite ground station programs, PE-backed electronics manufacturers, and specialty metals operations serving defense primes.
His operational experience is not theoretical. He has owned production schedules, negotiated supplier agreements under duress, stood in front of boards during turnarounds, and built quality management systems that held up under AS9100 and ITAR scrutiny. He has fired people and been responsible for the livelihoods of hundreds.
The firm was founded because Nick observed a consistent pattern: mid-market manufacturers almost always have the talent and the technology to compete at the highest level — what they lack is the operational leadership architecture that ties those assets together and drives them toward a measurable goal. That is what Wentworth delivers.
Three Principles That Govern Every Engagement
Accountability Before Authority
We do not accept assignments without accepting accountability. Every engagement is structured with clear metrics, defined milestones, and weekly reporting to your board or ownership group. If we are not delivering measurable progress, you will know it before we do.
Speed as a Discipline
The cost of organizational indecision in manufacturing is quantifiable. We are trained to move quickly — from diagnostic to action, from action to measurement, from measurement to adjustment. We do not build consensus before acting on the obvious.
Succession as the Goal
A fractional engagement that creates permanent dependency is a failed engagement. We structure every deployment around building the internal capability that makes our presence unnecessary. The measure of our success is your ability to execute without us.
Deep Expertise Where It Matters
Our leadership experience is concentrated in the sectors where operational complexity is highest and the cost of execution failure is most significant.
Let's Discuss Your Operational Challenge.
Every engagement begins with an honest conversation about where your operation is, where it needs to be, and whether we are the right people to close that gap.
